On December 12, JTS shipped winterization items to the daycare centres and the home for the aged from Busan. A loading ceremnoy was held by the local volunteers..

Shipment included 10,000 pcs of thermal underwear, 2916 pairs of shoes, 6000 pcs of winter blankets, as well as electronic piano and musical instruments, for more than $200,000 worth of winter supplies. The shipment will be sent via Rasun port in the DPRK to be distributed to daycare centres and home for the aged in Northern Hamgyong province.

The shipment was the accomplishment of "Thermal Underwear for the North Korean Children" campaign held since October, receiving donations from JTS sponsors and through the Internet.
